§ 10-178. Submittal.

  • When the preliminary plat has been approved by the county drain commissioner and the county road commission, the proprietor shall submit all copies of the plat in the form required in the land division act, together with the completed application form and fees for filing and recording and plat review; and shall be submitted to the clerk at least ten days prior to the meeting of the township board at which the plat is to be considered. The clerk shall determine if the submittal is complete, and if complete, transmit same to the board in adequate time for inclusion on the agenda for the board's next meeting. If the application is not complete, the clerk shall so notify the applicant in writing and shall list deficiencies. A final plat shall not be accepted for review after the date of expiration of the final approval of the preliminary plat.
